The Conference is open to representatives of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) associated with the United Nations Department of Public Information (DPI), those in consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council, those working with UN agencies and programmes, and with UN Information Centres and Services. Representatives of other interested non-governmental organizations are welcome, provided that their registration is endorsed by your local UN Office. Please note that such an endorsement is required, even if the organization has attended previous DPI/NGO conferences (please attach a letter of endorsement to this form, but no other documents). Each individual participant, including accompanying participants, must fill out this form (please type). Please note that registration is limited to five representatives per NGO and that the deadline for registration is 14 July 2000. After this date, no registration or substitutions will be accepted.
