Profile of the speaker: |
A Nigerian national. Worked at the International Crop Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT)and served as the Director-General of the Africa Rice Centre (ARDA) from 1996-2006. Assumed the current position in March 2007. |
